This is what everyone thinks we do: call, answer the 5 Ws and How and end the call. That is, however, only step one. Who, what, when, where, why and how don’t help you as a business owner make an educated decision without wasting more time on the phone.

Vetting
From here we follow-up with the client to collect the vital information and documents to actually determine if there is a viable case that can be pursued. We package that information in the way you specify so you receive all the information just how you’d like to.

Convertion
We all know that ending the initial call with “we will give you a call back” results in many pending intakes and much untapped potential. The most important part of a lead’s life-cycle is the path from intake to conversion. We will convert the lead however you deem fit.
