Our story

we were in your shoes, and didn’t know what to do.

The search

We started searching for a service that could do what we needed:
- No call trees
- no ai
- no non-USA-Based call center representatives
- No voicemail services
- no coaching on how we could do it;
- no more half baked answering services.

we were searching for a robust service that could handle the level of specificity we required in our intakes, the variety of cases our office handled, and follow-up with them if necessary.

the realization

no matter what service we looked into, all of them were inefficient, impersonal, could not customize to our needs, or were simply going to teach us how to do the very thing we needed to outsource.

the idea

why not do it ourselves?
why not make the very service that we could not find? why not make it even more detailed than what we could have asked for?
why not offer that service to those lawyers who need more than an intake service: a conversion service !

the process

we began testing internally the best processes and methods of doing intake, Follow-Up and Vetting to investigate the best ways to convert leads. soon, we had a full system to effectively convert our leads into viable cases.

so, here we are! offering what we wanted to all those who now need it!
